RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

 

RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, returns will be accepted within 30 days of the purchased date, subject to the following conditions:

1. to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused also be in the original packaging
2. only products purchased from www.saeidahalalbeauty.com will be accepted for return. The products sold in other on-line or off-line stores cannot be accepted
3. unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards
4. original shipping cost are not eligible for return or refund

Pleas simply email us at cs@saeidahalalbeauty.com with:

1. receipt of the  order
2. product name of return or  refund
3. contact name and phone number
4. reason for return or refund so that we can help you out further.

 

REFUNDS POLICY

1. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, credit will be issued to the original form of payment for the amount of the item plus sales tax. 
2. Shipping is not included in refunds
3. If payment was made with a gift card, a merchandise credit will be issued in your return confirmation email.
4. It can take some time for your bank or credit company to process and post the refund.
